Vanessa serves as a guest lecturer for the Nova SBE Women Up Executive Program, sponsored by Sonae and EDP. She is the originator of the concept of “Actionism”, a philosophy that reframes traditional activism into constructive, outcome-oriented action. Using actionism, she works with organisations and individuals to move from rhetoric to implementation, transforming systems, behaviours, and outputs in ways that generate measurable, human-centred impact. She works with select private clients, leadership teams and corporates applying actionism through workshops and regular sessions.

As the founder of Welcome Chaos Consulting, Vanessa and a global network of experts and partners continue to deliver project for clients across sectors and territories.
